These are the very notes (scanned) that Tasos was using as a member of the team Freudian Slippers {Tasos - George}. They are the notes that led him to the finals.. They provide an excellent example towards understanding the principles of note-keeping. I hope they help in giving everyone a general idea on what notes are used for in a debate round...

  *** FINAL ROUND's NOTES! ***

Note here, that every person's notes should be personalized; they should be written in whatever way makes it easier to you to understand what you wanted to say. Don't flood your notes with unnecessary information, this will confuse you and muddle your speech! Instead use short key-phrases that will remind you of what you wanted to say. Notes are to be used as reminders for what you intended to say, especially for people with a poor memory (i.e.: Philip). They are not your speech, nor should any debater hide behind, or rely heavily upon them!
